The outcomes of executive leadership coaching are a stronger sense of self-awareness and current mental models that guide their actions, a fuller understanding of the space between a leader's intentions and their impact, and direct stakeholder feedback that informs a leader what they should start, stop and continue in their leadership approach.

In tandem with an in-person, three-hour workshop, we will support and empower new leaders with monthly, hour-long sessions that will engage district principals, including an opportunity to reflect, share practice and plan for taking action on relevant aspects of leadership. This group coaching structure will maintain the confidentiality of any 1:1 coaching participants while allowing leaders to build relationships with colleagues through shared learning.
