Target audience: Department chairs and grade-level leaders


Recommended topics paced over the course of the school year will prepare the cohort with how to bring clarity of vision and purpose to teacher teams connected to driving Career Factor motivators, developing a deeper sense of self-awareness connected to their own Career Factor, fostering relational trust, and orchestrating effective meetings focused on student outcomes. 

Administrator Leadership Coaching

The outcomes of executive leadership coaching are a stronger sense of self-awareness and current mental models that guide their actions, a fuller understanding of the space between a leader's intentions and their impact, and direct stakeholder feedback that informs a leader what they should start, stop and continue in their leadership approach.


The three stages of leadership coaching include: 

  • Assessment and Feedback (using proprietary and licensed assessments), 
  • Self-Awareness Building and Action Planning (making meaning of feedback and leadership goal-setting), 
  • Taking Action (leadership coaching sessions to focus on reflection of new leadership approaches and mindsets and mental models)

Cohort Coaching for Leaders

In tandem with an in-person, three-hour workshop, we will support and empower new leaders with monthly, hour-long sessions that will engage district principals, including an opportunity to reflect, share practice and plan for taking action on relevant aspects of leadership.  A shared framework for leadership will guide the principals, creating coherence across their leadership approaches while honoring their own strengths and talents.  This group coaching structure will maintain the confidentiality of any 1:1 coaching participants while allowing leaders to build relationships with colleagues through shared learning.
